We ask all the invited speakers to submit electrically
- your manuscript as LaTex file(s) using PTPTEX style format and EPS formatted files for figures, and
- copyright transfer sheet
by June 2, 2008 to the following email address:
proceedingssoftmatter.jp
The manuscript, figures and Copyright transfer sheet should be prepared according to the following instruction.

1a. Manuscript

The maximum page of your manuscript is 10 pages in the format of PTPTEX.
We ask you to submit electrically your manuscript as LaTex file(s) using PTPTEX style format.
The PTPTEX style file can be downloaded from
http://www2.yukawa.kyoto-u.ac.jp/~ptpwww/ptpcls-eng.html
The template file is available : template.tex
For further details on the manuscript preparation,please refer to
"Instruction for Contributors of Prog. Theor. Phys. Suppl. :
instsupple.pdf".

Note:
Please keep in mind that there is no Galley proofs in the process of publication.

1b. Figures

When preparing the figures, please read carefully the following instruction, "Guidelines for preparing figures :

2. Copy Right Transfer

Please download one of the following forms :
1. English Version (copyright-e.pdf)
2. Japanese Version (copyright-j.pdf)
After signing it, then send the sheet by FAX (+81-238-26-3411)
or send a PDF file obtained by scanning your signed sheet to
proceedingssoftmatter.jp
